Who Am I?
I am a christian, and an IT professional
Where did my interest in computers start?
My career in computers started in the fall of 91/92 when I started assembling PCs, at the time the market was dominated by Intel 80386 also known as i386 or just 386. I had used computers before this, but was never fully captivated by them until I was involved in putting them together. By the end of '92, I was already working as a junior tech with a small company, configuring NetWare networks. Penguin → Darwin → Penguin Era
I started tinkering with Linux back in 1997 using Slackware, though I only stuck with it for about a year. I came back in 2002 and dove deep into Gentoo, spending countless hours compiling entire systems from stage 1. After a few years on macOS, I returned to Linux in 2017 for good. Now as a server administrator, all that hands-on experience has been invaluable—I work across the full stack of Linux infrastructure and can't imagine doing it on anything else. How can I be contacted?
